Project Description

The construction of 75 units of bedrooms and 100 units of 2-bedroom houses (Lot 3) is a vital housing project executed under the leadership of His Excellency, Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya CON, in collaboration with the Family Homes programme. This drive forms part of the broader strategy to provide affordable, decent, and accessible housing for the residents of Gombe State. Under Lot 3, a total of 175 housing units -comprising of 75 one-bedroom units and 100 2-bedroom units- are being developed to cater to diverse household sizes and income groups. The houses are designed with functional layouts and modern amenities, constructed to meet quality and sustainability standards. This project showcases the Governor's unwavering commitment to infrastructural development and improving the quality of life for the people of Gombe state, while also creating job opportunities and stimulating local economic activities in the process.
